Now that you’ve actually clicked onto this thread for some reason or another.. Let me rephrase, “for your ring and pinion”. So I needed some gear marking compound the other day and nobody local had anything so I checked Amazon and HELLS NO at $15-$17 an OUNCEI dug around the old inter webs for what else I could use and low and behold I found a hack from another tight wad fellow such as myself. [emoji16]
Maximum strength Desitin FTW! He apparently already took out the guess work on exactly what strength to use as he said the regular stuff kind of slides around. He went on to say the maximum is where it’s at. He also tried to add yellow powdered food coloring but completely not needed, save the $5.
So just like prescribed the maximum worked awesome! In fact I’d honestly say it worked better than the typical marking compound! And at $6 for 4.5 ounce’s you surely won’t lose sleep over someone’s greediness…
Considering you’ll have plenty of left over you can not only use on your rearend in the future but other peoples rearends too! Hell, you’ve now got enough creamy goodness now that you can even celebrate your accomplishment with a night out at some all you can eat chili topped tacos and deviled eggs and never sweat the outcome!
