Does anyone know where I can obtain the programing instructions for the dealer installed alarm.

My remote start stopped starting and I am told It lost it's program :bigcry: ing.

This sounds like a warranty issue.

Yea I just hate to lose my car for days if it is something simple.

that happened to me too. brought it to the dealer, had it back in a couple of hours.

Did you push the button under the dash?

Also, you might try calling 1-800-FORD-KEY. I am not sure of they will talk to consumers/end users, but it is worth a shot.

I just went out and pushed the button under the dashboard. No luck.

I paid a little more attention this time. When trying to auto start, the horn sounds, the light goes on as expected and you can hear the switching going on. Everything seems to happen as designed except the start. There is more than likely a loose wire somewhere. I looked around but didn't see anything. I will just have to take it in.

You need to push the button and turn the key on while the button is depressed. Also, check to see if the car will start with the remote fob even though it won't start with the key.

I have had problems with mine too. The install was pizz poor.

Please let me know what your results are.
