Thanks. P/N 5W7Z-6758-BA seems to be what I need, although it sure appears different then just a simple 90 degree elbow.

It looks like on the current version you would cut the old hose off and reuse the original ends. Assuming the quick connect fittings on the new one work with the old ends.

What's the complete part # on the label?

Is it about 1 1/4 inch inside diameter? If so, it is a DAYCO 70989. I have a new one free to you, if you pay postage, I'm guessing under $5. Send me a PM if that helps.

I used this:
Amazon.com: Dorman 46032 EVAP Emission Hose Compatible with Select Dodge Models : Automotive (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004BSVCE0/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_ti tle?ie=UTF8&psc=1)
I had to trim a bit off one end but it fit perfectly after that. Nice and robust, looks factory & no EVAP leaks yet! Yes I know it says "Dodge models" but the way this hose is shaped and curved, it fits in there really well.

The ID of this hose is 3/4", so the Dayco hose won't fit. I did pick up the Dorman 46032 hose from O'Reilly, had a $10 coupon so net cost only two bucks and change. After cutting it to match match the old one. it's a bit tight, but working it on the intake side and then the PCV valve with the help of some WD40 and it will stay put.
Appreciate everyone's assistance on this. Between this and the passenger side PCV hose, it was a PITA to track these items down.
