P0453 Emission canister?

Hello, the MM is slow to fill up without shutting off the gas pump, getting a DTC....I'm check the fuel tank valve voltage (which I'm pretty sure I replaced a while back?)...any experiences to share here? Thanks.

You can easily clean the canister.
Look up you tube video. I removed and cleaned the screen and no problems since.
