My wife and I just inherited a Marauder, and I'm trying to get an idea of it's resale value. All input is welcome.
2003, black, single owner, garage-kept. My father-in-law ordered it while attending the 2002 Dallas car show.
He rarely drove the car. 5,300 actual miles. Mint condition. It literally still smells new inside.
Any idea how much we should list it for?

You might try to get an insurance quote from a company like Hagerty that specializes in collector car insurance. They'll tell you exactly how much they'll insure the car for based on current condition and mileage. The highest value they'd assign for my 27K mile, garage kept, no accident history 2003 was $25K. I imagine a 5,000 mile car would be insurable for more than that.

I saw one listed on EbAy for 35k a while back.

Putting a value is tricky, but if what you say is true, I wouldn't let the car go for under 25ishK. I'd ask more to start. You have a unicorn there.

I can see your car selling at the Mecum Auto Auction.

These cars have never had steady values. There has been a few with very low mileage, even one with something like 80 miles on it..
I’d say anything between $27-$32 depending on the location, buyer, and how much advertising you did, maybe higher. The examples we’ve seen listed in the upper 30’s tend to be for sale for LONG periods of time.
I’d personally only list it on bringatrailer with that mileage.

Look through the for sale threads here on this forum; that should give you an idea of where to start. Low-mileage MMs like yours are rare, so you should get a nice chunk of change...I'd hazard a guess to ask somewhere in mid 20K range, but I'm certain someone else will come along to correct me...lol.

Have it detailed, get good photos and put it right on Bring A Trailer, do not bother with marketplaces for a car like this.
Presentation and attentiveness during the auction is key, but if you put in the effort you will be rewarded with a good outcome. I sold a car on BaT last year so I'm speaking with experience here.

Unless you are in a hurry to sell with what there is to choose from on the market it is $30k-35k a dealer would ask over $40k. It is a car that should not be driven much just added to someone's collection. After watching the last Mecum auction there are lots of collectors with unlimited funds like paying $1 million for a rare GTO. All collector or specialty cars value are rising. Low mile Marauders like yours for sale are not out there. So go high and wait.
