Hi MM owners.
Any chance someone can have a quick measure up of the trunk space, im needing to fit a couple of suitcases and in pics with the spare tire where it is looks like it really may not fit.
Reasoning being im from a far away land and planning to buy one, drive it around for a few weeks on holiday before sending it home.
Suitcase rough measurements are 500mmx800mmx300mm.

Thanks

If this helps....

A Marauder engine can fit in the trunk. Also multiple bodies....

It's actually 20.6 cubic feet or .58 cubic meters.

I travel for a living. I carry suitcases that are 30" tall roller checked bags and I put two and sometimes three in the trunk all the time. The full-sized spare will not stop you from carrying what you are specifying. If they are hard-sided, you will have to wiggle them around to get three in, but two EASY!

Been there before!

To clarify for our NSA friends, an engine, not bodies.

LOL....
The Mafia always rated trunk sizes by "bodies".

As stated, the 2003-4 trunk is 20 cubic feet. HUGE

Just for comparison, the 1963-4 trunk is 30 cubic feet!

In case you need a visual to determine how much the trunk can hold...

Yep...the 'golden days' for sure. Sad it's nowhere near the same now, but glad to be a part of it back then.

This was at that Hampton Inn hotel that was the host hotel for several years; had that Sam's Club next to it and that university across the street where we had a burnout session in the parking lot...I believe Joe's pic at the bottom of his post is from there.
