I'm curious. Are there any aftermarket mufflers that sound close to the original Marauder mufflers? I just found an MM that I will be restoring with my grandson. It currently has an aftermarket exhaust. We would like to get it back to OEM spec as close as possible. Any suggestions or recommendations?

I had(sold my marauder) the kooks headers/x pipe/magnaflows and it was way too loud for me. I removed the exhaust extensions and replaced them with two magnaflow magnapack bullet muffler tailpipe extensions. This lowered the sound level to slightly more than stock. This does change the exhaust outlet appearance. Two sets of mufflers does quiet down the exhaust sound. But, my wife still thought it was too loud.
