Overhead Console compass and dome/map lights completely DEAD. Gremlins?

I have had my Marauder since 2011 and in that time I have virtually replaced every part there is to replace on it. Mostly due to regular normal part wear and tear. It is now basically have a new vehicle. I have spent hours scouring post and archives and think I may have found a problem no one else has had. For some unknown reason my overhead center console is completely dead. I have run the obligatory checks of fuses and such but cannot find the culprit. The floor level courtesy lighting works and there are no other electrical issues I am aware of. I have read there may be a member known as "fastblackmerc" that may be able to help me. I have tried to fix this issue for over 2 years now and have found no answerers. For some additional context, I have two overhead center consoles and neither one is working when plugged into the wiring. I figured the likelihood that both could have the exact same problem is slim.

The center console power is supplied by a 15A fuse #16 in the CJB (Central Junction Box / drivers side interior). Make sure the contacts are good on both sides of the connectors in the fuse box. Verify that the fuse is good. If all is good you should have power on the violet / orange wire with the key in the RUN position.

The interior lamp power is the orange / black wire.

Switched power (key in RUN position) for the courtesy lights is the black / light blue wire.

It's very possible the compass is not working on either console. This is known problem. I can fix that for you.
