Cross Over Tube plug

Hey guys, I getting small amounts of coolant leak past the threaded /oringed cross over tube plug.
Does anyone know the spec on the oring that sits around the cylindrical portion of the plug body?
Also, is there supposed to be another oring just under the top portion of the plug?

After looking at my Snap-On parts catalog the xover tube cap has a part number but the O ring does not. It seems to come with the plug. If it helps, the P/N is F5OZ 8A500-AA
