My current tires are OEM spec BFGoodrich and have good depth with no weath checking, cracks etc. Unfortunately they're 16 years old.
It looks like the stock BFG rear tire is no longer in production. What brand is everyone currently running?

Depends if you run summer only or winter. Nitto G2 summer only. Continental Extreme Contact DW06 are great year round tires. I run them on my daily. Hankook has OEM sizes ,I forget the model

I know about the Hankooks. I didn't know if they were any good. My MM is summer use only.
Looks like Nitto doesn't have OEM sizes.

Last year I got the Continental DWS06 in OE sizes. Very nice and seem to be quiet. My impression would be an unfair assessment because the tires they replaced were 12 years old. They look great and seem to be quite grippy.
I got them at Tire Rack delivered free with 2 years of road hazard.

Nitto used to have the 245-50-18, they must have discontinued.

Recently put the DWS06 tires on the Sl500. They are good. Put Coopers on the MM a couple of years ago. I regret not putting the Conti's on the MM.

Yeah they went out of production like 10 years ago
Look into the Continental DWS 06 if you want to keep stock sizes. It's an all season tire but one of the best all season tires. A friend of mine runs these on his bone stock DTR

I've bought tires from Discounttiredirect.com and been happy with their service. Nitto used to have Motivo's in stock sizes. Have them on the SB and they have held up well.

DTD is no more, since Discount Tire bought out Tire Rack, Tire Rack handles all online ordering

I had been running on Cooper RS3a since 2016/2017, but several months ago went with Falkens for the rears as they were $60 cheaper for the pair. Haven't had any reason to complain about 'em so far...

Thanks for the responses guys. I found Nittos in stock sizes at Tire Rack and got 'em delivered for little over $500.
I wanted to go for the Continentals but figured they would probably rot off the wheels before I wore 'em out. It just didn't make sense to spend big on tires for the extremely limited use they'll see. I'll post up a few thought on 'em when I get them installed.

Nitro may still make batches of the rear Motivos every so often. Last time I checked they were available (limited production).

I run Nitto NT555G2 255/45 on the front and NT555 265/50 (no longer available) on the rear. Same overall diameter as the stock 235/50 & 245/55 OEM's but two sizes wider.

I just bought a new set of Nitto Motivos...
235/50zr18s from TireRack for $122.33 each
255/55/zr18s from Priority Tire for $118.99 each plus $15 off using discount code BACK24.
This is about the best deal you will find on tires for your Marauder.

I got a set of the Continental ExtremeContact DWS 06 Plus, stock front & 255 rear, with a decent rebate on Tire Rack..
I like them a lot so far - I'm pretty sure they can out-handle the rest of the car ;)

That explains why the "old" Motivos were so cheap.

Just got the rear BFGoodrich Elite-Force T/A 245-55R18 107V tires. These Police Pursuit tires are made in the USA and were introduced in June 2023. The V speed rating is 149 mph. The Load Index 107 (2,149 lbs) exceeds the original KDWS 103 load index (1,929 lbs). The sidewall has "Sworn to Protect" and "Called to Serve" inscribed on the sidewall. They are priced $263 each, but if you shop around you can get one for $200.

And I thought I was the last one still running the original KDWS BFGs. I had stocked up before they were discontinued. Anyway, had to buy some new tires mid last year because the last of my BFGs were showing cracks that had me worried. So I got the General Tire ones that were made in USA.

Interesting. I might have to try these next after the General Tire ones wear out.

I have the Nitto 555s, 245/45/18 on the front and 265/50/18 on the rears. I need replacement tires now as they are 13yrs old and I want to keep the same sizes on the car. What are my options?

I prefer to run the original BFGooodrich tires. While the G-Force Comp-2 performance 235/50R18 directional tires are currently available for the front, they are not offered for the larger 245/55R18 rear. However the Elite-Force Police Pursuit tires are available in both front and rear sizes. https://www.bfgoodrichtires.com/auto/tires/elite-force-t-a?tyreSize=18#sizes

Nitto never released the NT555 G2 in that 265/50R18 size. Nobody else made that oddball size to date (Tirerack shows zero results).
I ended up going with widened wheels and 295/45R18's.

I agree with Ryan, 265/50s are no longer made. so either 245/55s or 255/55s on stock wheels or 295/45s on widened wheels

I got a set of these. So far I'm very pleased with them.
