I found myself at the point where nothing I have will work to remove the pulley hub. My M112 blower has a five hole hub and the new Metco one has four. I am trying to install the new pulley as I prepare the Eaton swap

I need the pulley remover/installer and thought I'd see if anyone here is on the fence about selling one.

It seems to be a large financial burden for such a specific tool to use only one time.

Other than that - anyone have a genius tactic I may have missed in my 5 hour struggle?

I tried 2 and 3 jaw pullers and they won't fit between the snout and hub. Also I tried a steering wheel puller, pitman arm puller, and a power steering pulley puller.

Any help will be greatly, greatly appreciated!!!

Also if you're interested in selling or trading I have a full set of NIB billet aluminum door sills.

More than likely your old 5 lug setup is a Billetflow. Leave it and get a new 5 lug pulley

Completely agree. That seems to be the only conclusion as even my local Ford service department looked at me like I arrived in a UFO.

Well this was certainly easier said than done. Two machine shops refused the responsibility. No help from Ford service department. The Billetflow pulleys are no longer available. I called Metco and although they do not have a five hole pulley - they do have the remover/installer so I bought that. It was only a bit more than a new pulley and now I have the right tool. These hubs have a lot of shaft surface contact and require quite a substantial yank to move them. I went as far I was comfortable going with the wrong tools.

This is fine with me because a guy at work wants the pulley I am removing.

Yahoo.

I don't know where you got the info that billetflow no longer makes pulleys. Supercharger Pulleys (billetflow.com) (http://www.billetflow.com/supercharger_pulleys.htm)

Glad you found the correct pulley puller. Billetflow sells them too: Pulley Puller (billetflow.com) (http://www.billetflow.com/Pulley_Puller.htm)

That is peculiar because I tried them first and kept getting nothing.

I called Lethal Performance because they sell them and there was no way to add one to the cart. Hmmmm.....
I took the path of least resistance and the BF pulley coming off is already sold.

Great appreciate the link that actually works!
