guys,
I put a 10% OD innovators west balancer on the crankshaft. The torque spec from innovators is 90 foot pounds. It’s a little bit hard to hang onto while attempting to torque. Has anyone had any success putting a screwdriver into the teeth of the flexplate to hold it so that the crank shaft bolt can be tightened? any other good methods?
thanks

Do yourself a favor and stay away from placing a screwdriver on the flex plate teeth. It won't end well...

I prefer to install before the transmission/torque converter. Lock a prybar between 2 flex plate bolts, but you're beyond that point

Try a pull bar on one of the torque converter bolts, you may have better luck.
