So I have been planning this swap for a little bit. I picked up this low milage one owner 03 Marauder back in August of 2023 with the sole intention of Coyote Swapping with a 10 Speed Transmission. Fast forward to now I have gathered most of the parts to get it done and finally got started with swapping it.

The stock engine had low or zero compression in most cylinders which was expected as the previous owner stated the engine was toast. So we began with pulling the engine and test fitting a Coyote in place.

We found that the oil pan clearance is going to be the first hurdle to overcome. In the process of gathering parts for my Coyote Swap my Marauder got hit while parked by a truck unfortunately. I ended buying a whole other Marauder for the front bumper and front end pieces rather than trying to source a front bumper.

I ordered the Outcast Autoworks Motor Mounts which helped solve the Oil pan clearance issues. I then tore down the engine for oil pump gear and crank gear install. I knew I was planning to boost the engine so this was cheap insurance to ensure we don't have any problems down the road. I had originally planned to get the swap done naturally aspirated and then turbo later but after thinking about it I decided to jump right to boost. I had a complete ported predator supercharger kit laying around so I decided to make the plunge. I purchased some VMP Predator Spacers for Gen 3 coyote to clear the direct injection rails. It does pose a problem with cowl clearance and hood. I will most likely need to clearance a good portion of the cowl and get a custom hood but we will cross that when we get there.

The next big task was to accomplish the trans install. With some hammering to the tunnel we got it installed and fully seated.

I am slowly working away at the small items fuel system, heat exchanger, trans cross member, coolant lines, etc. If anyone has any questions on parts or how I did something feel free to ask and I'll try to keep this updated with relevant info.
