My apologies for the lapse in renewing the domain name, which brought the site down until I was able to complete the transaction. I renewed for 5 years.

That said, donations are few and far between and there’s not enough money in the account to cover the domain fees and the annual server fees that are due in December. This forum is too valuable to let it slip away and if everyone gave just a little bit, we can keep it going.

Mary, it's worth switching to a different registrar if you want to save money. I don't know how much register.com charges for each year of service, but Cloudflare doesn't add any markup at all. I work in the domain name industry and can help you through the transfer process if you're interested.
