ODB port and rear defrost not working

ODB port not working
Hi,
Have a issue where the ODB port stopped working..
Scanner does not light up, anyone else run into this issue?
Plus I noticed that the rear defrost is not working too.

Check pin 16 of the OBD port for battery voltage.
