With all the advances in technology and reliability, do you all think it's time for us to look to the Coyote engine as the future swap for our cars? It seems parts and block availability is soo bad...maybe we need to start planning a new way forward. What are the restrictions/issues we would need to address?

Coyote swap would be awesome....and it has already been done.
Cannot recall the member who did it several years ago.
He had an entire thread dedicated to his Coyote swap.
Personally, if I still owned my Marauder, I'd spend the time, effort and money to drop in a 7.3L Godzilla.
With a few simple mods you have 600+ HP and 650 Lb Ft TRQ.....N/A

I've been watching/following this guy's rebuild:

He has some MAD SKILLZ with tools...

He swapped in a Terminator engine, so not much fab work other than his exhaust.

As Coyotes start to come down in price I think we'll start seeing more swapped into Panther platforms. They purposely designed the dimensions to be similar to the mod motors so its just a matter of getting the "plumbing" and accessories in line.
