Every so often, here of late, I'll start to get into the car and there is this small hook on top of the seat.

Could be that your MM is mutating to a pimp ride and creating its own little "hookers". :pimp:

Have not noticed any seat hooks on mine. Pics??

Now that I've seen the picture of the hook, I think someone is trying to mess with your mind. Could this be a payback from a previous practical joke? Definitely no such hook(s) in my Marauder.

I think the low-riders use hooks like that when they hang the "dingle-balls"...main.:pimp:

If it IS a joke...I wouldn't think it too funny if it punctured a leather seat :mad2:

OK, I'm reaching a little bit here, but I think it might be a part of your seat frame. I have seen where hooks like this are attached to the stamped steel seat frame where they attach to a wire that goes across the seat frame to support the seat cushion. How many have you found? Is your seat sagging? (Insert joke here).

I have two of them in my little hot hand. And, now that you mention it, I think my
seat HAS been sagging a bit of late but it's not something that we usually talk about.
Oh, the MARAUDER seat...it seems to be fine. I'll hold on to them and show them to
the service guys when I finally take it in to get my tranny linkage adjusted.
This car has been completely trouble-free. I've not scheduled the adjustment
'cause I've had nothing else to take in in for.
36K is coming on swiftly so I think it shan't be long.
