Hey all,

I'm heading up north tomorrow for a wedding, and have the Marauder all shined up for Indy next week... So I thought I'd install the bra to keep it from getting all bugged up...

Install was going good until I got to the last step. The picture shows four straps going through the grill and attaching to loops on top of the bra. There is no way to do this with the fan guard in place as there are no openings to feed the hooks through. And the elastic band is nowhere near long enough to run it all the way around the fan guard...

Has anyone installed their bra and noticed the same thing? I'm about to take it off and throw the whole thing away as I won't drive this car at highway speeds without the entire assembly being securely fastened...

Any insight appreciated!!

Did you try to install it without the fan guard, and then reinstall the fan guard over the straps ?

Hmmm, that could be a plan...But the instructions didn't say anything about removing the fan guard, and there doesn't seem to be enough clearance between the fan guard and the grill assembly to "comfortably" run the straps through there. Will have to take another look at it. Good idea, though. Thanks!

That was the ticket..... I was surprised at how easily that guard popped off!! Installed, and it looks good!

Thanks for the help, Pete!!

Just a hint here, i remove and install my bra on a regular basis, order yourself some of those locking nuts for the shroud, they wear out quickly. They come 4 to a package, I had my dealer order me a package under warranty
