Billit Aluminum Lighter Delete

I got this sweet "lighter delete" today from the UPS man. This replaces the lighter in my now relocated position on the right side of my gauge console. I never use the lighter, it sticks out, and don't want anybody to be lighting up anyway. This replaces the lighter with an attractive plug. It's engraved "SVT" though there are several selections for the engraving (4.6 is another appropriate choice for Marauders). It has an o ring to keep it tightly in place. I'll get shots of it in the car and post them later today.

I like it. But I have decided that my fix for the lighter is different. I heard that the superchargers come with a gauge that goes there so I am choosing to put in a supercharger to solve the lighter problem. I know, I know, your thinking, "But Dan, if that is all you want to do, why put in a supercharger?" and I have to be honest, I don't really have a good answer for you. :lol:

I put in a gauge where my lighter was, too. I had the lighter relocated to the right side of the console to use as a power point. This delete cap replaces the actual lighter.

I looked at the link and I like the EJECT engraved one myself. I think I will order one today before I lose track of this thread.

I checked out the link you posted. Neat stuff for everything EXCEPT MMs!!!
Have you inquired of this vendor what else they may be able to offer us MMers? Looks like the Billet Alum door handles for Mustangs could be adapted to our MMs. They have some neat other stuff as well. Just a thought.

One thing asked today was, how do you order the SVT engraving, because it's not on the selections on the pull down menu. If you read the text below the pull down menu when you go to order this, it mentions other engravings and tells you to specify which engraving you want in the "comments" section of the order form.

Thanks Donny! I actually ordered both this and the replacement silver lighter from them. The drop down for engraving did not list SVT as an option, so Iwrote it into the comments box as suggested. Hope they read the damn thing and get it right! Last thing I want is one with the Ford Mustang logo on it...
