Update on Rear end Noise

I while back I posted that I took my car in for a problem with a clunking sound coming from the right rear wheel area, the mechanic told me the problem was with the bushing in the upper shock mount, he ordered new shocks and both were replaced today under warranty. I have tried to reproduce the noise at places where I could be sure the noise would occur and so far no more noise.

I know this is a very preliminary report but I am sure that it is better because I could make the car make the noise at will in certain situations.

Hmm, I know my suspension is slightly different but I'm having some odd noise problems as well. Next time I have my car in I'll ask my tech. to look at this specifically. Thanks! Glad your problem is pretty much solved.
