Just wanted to thank Donny, Bigslim, Logan, James and countless others for keeping all of us who could not attend MV2 informed through your post and many pictures.
:bows:  :)

I spent many enjoyable hours this past weekend studying all the amazing pictures of the cars and their owners. Glad that everything went well and everyone made it home safely. Hopefully me and the Mrs. will be able to attend a future Marauderville event. Again thanks for the great job of making us part of the event.

I would also like to thank Mary (BunnyLady) for taking the time today to stop by my work to meet me. Unfortunately I just missed her by less than a minute. I had just returned from making deliveries and walked in the backdoor just as she was driving off out front.:( We will meet soon though as we only live about 40 minutes apart.

I too, had to stay behind this time, but my MM went along for the ride anyway, and in the care of very special friends, and with my very special thank you to them as well.

I am likewise sincerely thankful to all who kept us "behinders" in touch with the real time enjoyment of MV-II. We filled the MM.Net post time with a lot of fun, and we came to break some new ground too on some topics y'all need to catch up on yourselves, eh?

Looking back on it all...Some people visit with us here and come to learn that this MercuryMarauder.net site is about a particular car we call the "MM," and learn what it does for/to it's owner. Some stay longer, and us MM owners get a shot at proving that this site is really about owners, and what they do with their MMs, and not about the car alone.

Yeah...It's a minor difference in tone, tenor, punctuation, and vocabulary, but it's still a major difference in our view of "enjoyment."

Come to stay, or stay away, eh?

Mac,
I think folks like you put a lot into the community. The folks that stay have a personal vested interest in the success of the site.
I'm very proud to bolt on the arms you and Zack donated to the raffle.
