Rear Spoiler

Anybody know which rear spoiler the dealers install? I don't think I've ever seen one. The only dealer installed wing I have seen was purchased by the dealer at a local shop instead of ordering from Ford. Sometimes they just sent the car to the locals and had them do the install. Anyway, we're shopping new Marauders and wanted to get some tips.

Soul's spolier is the OEM. Dealer installed option. Couple hundred $ plus install $.

yes, mine is the oem spoiler, if interested you may want to check out with ray "thedealer" to get one. But you might also see this spoiler:

Another case of to each, his own .... I much prefer the look of Soul's spoiler. It looks factory, not too over the top and added on. Personal preference, thats what its all about :burnout:

I have never been fond of the "wing" type spoiler (no offence, Barry...your car is still the KING of the N/A Marauders!!)...the OEM spoiler can be had for around $220 and installation is about an hour, maybe an hour and a half if you work REALLY slowly (and take multiple beer breaks), and only needs simple hand tools...I'm sure the wing-type isn't much different, although Barry's took, what, 6 months to get installed correctly? D'OH!

This one is cruztaker's, its a toyota avalon's spoiler which many members have bought as well.Ahhhhh!!!! :baaa: You're killing me man!!!

The spoiler type is the "AVALON", originally made for the all conquering sable, but now offered for the Marauder. And BTW: It is made in America!;)

Painted and delivered to your door for about $240 or so??

I checked on OEM spoilers this past Saturday with my local dealer. Painted ones come in Black or Blue at $475. Primed only are $250. Install is approximately $100. Does this jive with what you have seen/heard?

Ray, TheDealer, here on MM.net has primed for $168.

I got mine primed and then had it painted and installed for $150.

Don't go through your local dealer....waaaay to expensive.

Even shipped from Ray its only $175 or so.
