Mike has a stock bottom LT1 with ported aluminum heads, cam, 6psi blower and 100 shot of nitrous.

Keith has an all natural LT1 bored and stroked to 396cid, ported aluminum heads and a BIG cam.

I have a stock bottom LT1 with ported iron heads, cam and a 200shot.

Looks like your buddy mike was asleep against Keith... Suprisingly enough Mike's car with a 6 psi blower isn't walking away. Keiths better reaction time got him the win.

We think that when Keith changes his converter from 3500 to 4500, he should be able to lop off another 2 tenths or so, he will be quicker than both of us.

I think I might be able to get down to an 11.55 with some practice on the launch, but that's probably all she's got on the stock block, and I don't want to increase the N2O shot since the 350 motor and internals are 7 years old.

I do have a bare LT1 block and a Callies forged 383 stroker crank sitting in the garage though, just in case I get tired of the 11s :D

By the way, Keith will soon be adding a 250 shot and we're taking bets to see if he can hit a 9 !!! Right now, he's putting down 600hp NA.

Dude, that is sick. Just plain sick. Even though i saw these slips yesterday or the day before, I'm still in awe. And i thought beating mustangs was a rush. I can't imagine being able to smush Z06's or cobras. :bows:

I have made the Kenny Brown changes, yet am hesitant to throw Nitrous on with it being less than six months old.

My buddy has a 96 Impala with a 6psi Powerdyne. He ran 12.3 then added a 100 shot and ran 11.40!!!!! Blowers LOVE the juice, because it dramatically lowers incoming air temperatures. When N2O leaves the nozzles, it goes down to -127deg. Mike lowered his intake temperatures by almost 130degrees :)

I guarantee you'll run 11s with even a small shot of N2O.

My car had 20,000 miles and was under warranty when I started tearing into it.

Damn... I really wanna run Nitrous, just once, would love to see low 12 high 11s... MMmmm ahhhhh. Running 7 lbs of boost now for round 400ish rear wheel, wonder what increasing boost would do...
