Go my 4"10's in yesterday and today I received my flasher from Alternative auto.
I'm having some pinging over 5k rpm's can I have Lidio just pull some timing in the very top end to eliminate this or have you all tried other things such as IAT sensor relocation and such to add fuel (fool computer).
Can we increase fuel pressure?
THanks, Mike

Where are you located and what type of fuel are you using? Fuels can vary by region.
I am sure if you contact Lidio directly he can assist you for a cure.

I'm sure he can!
I was just wondering of some of the tricks you all might have up your sleaves.
I'm in Phoenix. Its hot as hell and the gas it crap!I was driving home from work tonight at 9pm and it was still 100 out.
It hit 114 today!

For the past month with the exception of 5 days the heat index has been 110*-115*, but we do have straight petroleum 93 octane, none of that corn syrup stuff.
There are no tricks, the tune may have to be adjusted due to the higher heat and fuel quality.
During the summer I wish I was in Michigan! :bounce:

You aint a kidding!
The car sure feels better after adding this flash to it.
But the pinging is audible!
I might have to go ahead and start researching torque converters.

Guess if He has to pull a little timing out I'll need the converter to help it out of the hole. These cars a heavy heavy heavy!

Many have had good success with the PI Stallion convertor.

The previous owner of my MM put in 4.10's and had a chip from Lidio....turned out the gas was crap in southern CA and the chip wouldn't work correctly....not sure on the specifics.
And yes...the Torque Converter will help. Mine goes in on friday! 2400 stall....yes...2400 :D Theres a reason behind it....and I'll tell the whole story later :)
