select 2003, mercury, and mechanical. Then choose marauder. Go down to engine, click on it, goto short block, click on it.

What a bargin.

cylinder heads with valves are also $36.17

That makes a whole DOHC motor for just over $100.

HELL YES! I ordered 2 blocks and sets of cylinders.....if this stuff actually shows up I am going to have the baddest riing mower in Dearborn MI! :woohoo:

I can't wait to see the look on my secretary's face when the UPS guy drops off to my office the block and cyliner heads I just ordered! I figure they will look good in the waiting room.

One thing I noticed on the billing page "Due to the nature of this catalog, prices are subject to change at any time, even after placing your order! You will be notified of any price changes before orders are shipped."

Even if the decimal point was off, the engine is not $4,698.00, is it? Not that I know how much an engine cost but I just thought that would be expensive without being complete.

i ordered short block and heads also and the got the order confim back and that been it since last friday , they said they would charge my credit card when the order was shipped .
i just checked there web site and the prices are the same , there is no change well guess it was too good to be true . i thought that when you advertise a product for a certain price thats what it suppose to be ?

Has anyone spent the time to look over other parts to see if they are priced simularly? And does anyone know if this is an aluminum block?

This ain't going to happen.

Nice fantasy though.

If you notice the head for one side is at the low price and the other is not! This is an obvious mistake.

If I thougt I could really get these at 1 cents on the dollar, I'd order every one they have and go into a part-time business selling them!

I called to inquire about a short block for my Mach 1, which we know is the same for the Marauder. The first thing he said was if I was interested in the aluminum 4.6L on the website, its priced wrong. The correct price for the short block is something like $1056 bucks and $200 in shipping. Sounded like they know all about the glitch, I hope they dont stick anyone for that price after you place your order without telling you.
