View Full Version : Another Marauder Found! Slowpoke Saves The Day!

Well, I'm coming back from taking my great friend and dance partner Elaine home from The Melting Pot (fondue) for her birthday and I see a Marauder turning left onto a small two lane road right in front of me. I can't go straight so I turn right and bust a U and then take that right onto the road he's on. I follow him to his house where I park at the end of his driveway and walk up to him slowly telling him what my deal is. It had chrome plates just under the doors and a fake convertible top (actually better than the last two I saw) He said it's an 03 and that he was going to sell it in 6 months to get something different. I started telling him about mods. I worked my way up from 4.10-4.56 gears all the way up to a supercharger. He seemed very interested and said he'd check out the site. He was most intrigued by a 4.10 and a chip/SCT.

...it never ceases...

So I took Elaine out for Fondue last night...it was great! Most expensive dinner I have ever paid for (Looks at empty wallett) but it was great, she's the coolest friend and we had a great time:party1:

James you are a true gentleman and Elaine is luck to have such a generous friend like you. Your wallet might be empty now, but you probably made her day. I for one am proud of you. :2thumbs:
