After I figured out which unzip program was needed to open the SCT software this was easier than formatting a floppy disk. I connected the SCT cable to the tuner and 1 minute later had the UDP update you provided. 15 mins after that the PCM program was loaded into my MM and VOILA! The idle increase solved the low voltage problem.
