Too good to be true?
Anybody tried these things?

This may be a variable resistor...if you unplugged the Air Intake Temperature
sensor and plug in a heavy duty resistor < of what value, I dunno > it tells the
ECM that there is cold air going into the manifold. ECM adjusts, you get more horsies and drink more push-oh-leen. So says the theory...Oh, your timing is advanced also...

That sounds logical.

Just look at the "dyno" graph.
"Lights and Things" WTH is that?

206 RWHP baseline? If that dyno was on a Marauder, I'm David Copperfield. Let's see what else I can pull out of my a.... Nevermind.

These were discussed at length on CVN from people "not in the know" posting about them. All they are are $.05 resistors from Radio Shack, etc. that fool your car into thinking there's colder air coming in. The result is more fuel, and a negligible amount of power. People were told time and time again that these are NOT a good idea. I would stay away from anyone selling these as a viable modification. Do yourself a favor and save the money for a real tuner from one of our sponsors. You'll be glad that you did.

Save your cash and get a Superchips tuner, you won't regret it .
