I can see it's not a window sticker. My comments were a joke. Everytime I take my MM in for service or whatever, Ford's computers identify my MM as a Grand Marquis-computers even say my car has a SOHC instead of a DOHC. This has happened to many people on here as well...hence if Ford issued certificates for the purchase of a Marauder they likely would say "Grand Marquis". Ha ha...that's the joke.

I dont see how this could happen. I read in another thread that the MM was made w/ CVs and GMs in 03. Maybe for the 04s since I hear they were made on there own assembly line.

We need to find away for Ford to made money off of the idea. Otherwise they will not go through the expense for a car that seems to be forgotten. In fact they are probably LOL at us for asking :( .

It would be nice to have but as I understand it Mercury doesn't have the information for the build sequence number.

However, whey doesn't someone approach L/M Corporate and see if they could come up with something. Even suggest a design etc for them. If nothing else.... who is the Mercury Marauder Daddy I have seen you guys talk about? Do up a design, get everyone who wants one to order them, and then have the MM Daddy sign them.

Yep, I got one of those with my Lightning Too. Part of the SVT package. I feel that if I got one for the Marauder, it would be like an after thought and not mean a great deal. The SVT vehicles didn't get jackets. No bigee, wasn't part of the package.
