Is the K&N CAI Dead?

Well, since I haven't heard anything about the K&N CAI project in quite some time, I guess they just gave up on it? Anyone heard anything more definite?

Nope...And I don't expect to. Add this up from K&N's point of view?

11,000 some MMs produced, and the car is discontinued.
2700 some screen names here, and at best, 300 of us talking mods.
Maybe more than half here already have something in place from one of the two other MM vendors in this business, and maybe 35-40 percent of us are already supercharged...

Is there any money in it?
