I crashed my Marauder last winter and it needed some body work but wasn't totaled. When I got it back it looked okay to me, but others said the paint was burned and had fish eyes. The advice was to take it back to be wet sanded. I asked for that and when I got it back it looked exactly the same and still dirty like they did nothing. Is it really as simple as it sounds to have someone wet sand it and it will be as good new or because the new paint is burned it should be repainted? Also it has many marks from brushes from car washes and buffing. What should I do to fix this? :help:

I purchased a 2003 (Black) and it had very bad waterspots and some small scratches, I took it to a detailer and he wet sanded, then gave it a three stage buff, everyone told me there was going to be swirls, there is none and the paint looks better then new, not a spot on it... To me a repaint is always better but if you have someone who knows what they are doing, a wet sand and buff can turn out great....:)
