Frank, I believe that you're correct on that. You'll definately be in the 14's. The question is where in the 14's. I think that w/your car, it will depend on two main factors. The first being if your car is going to hook-up good off the line. I haven't ever raced at Lebanon valley, but it's my understanding that many tracks aren't well prepared on the weekdays, if at all. So there often can be some traction problems on the weeknights at many tracks.

The second factor is going to be exactly how warm it gets tomorrow. My prediction is that if you are able to get the car to hook well, then you'll be running in the 14.4-14.7 range. Let us know how you do. I'm routing for you.:banana2:

Im back, and i finally have accurate numbers!!!! What i did notice all 11 runs, my 60' time were all very consistant. Right at about 2.25. And most runs were between 14.4 and 15.2(forgot to shift manually :( ) Here are some stats for you all!!! After roasting my tires before each run, i had no wheel slip off the line, which helped out a lot!

My first run was
rt......654
60.....2.215
330...6.173
1/8.....9.4
mph....77.03
1000....12.174
1/4.......14.525
mph........31.72(computer messed up, i was the first car running on the track!!)

My best run was as follows:
rt...... .268
60......2.237
330.....6.147
1/8......9.344
mph.....76.57
1000....12.097
1/4.......14.442
mph......96.24

Now im officially a 14 car!!!! HOpefully with headers, i can break into the 13's.

Great numbers. Did you race and surprise any cars there?
I love racing stock 'Stangs that think they will smoke me and then have them see your tail light at the end.

Most of the cars i was racing were tubbed out nova's and such. I have videos i will try to get posted. I did race a mid 70's corvette and beat him by .30 seconds. A win is a win. There was an evo there doing 11.9 sec, and a striped honda civic hatch doing 13.5. But the marauder didnt really grab any attention, unfortunatly.

Nice runs Frank. Just as I thought you would turn. a 14.4.

If you want your car to be noticed at the track, then Supercharge it. When I went to the track w/my Marauder once it was S/Ced, I didn't even tell anyone that it was until after my first run, and I became like a celebrity when people were approaching my car to ask me "what the heck did you do to that thing to get it to run so fast?". Even the announcer on the loud speaker was making comments about how fast "that big black Merc" is when I got up to the waterbox for my burnout for my second run. I had friends in the bleachers who were there to watch me,and they told me that everybody was talking about my car for a good part of the day. And I only got three runs in that day, and there were a lot of serious race cars there too.

FrankI know what you mean about those darned civics, the afternoon my car ran it's best time, I was lined up against a civic that ran a 13.8, I congratulate on your times !!!! 4400 lbs. running 14.4's in my opinion is very good.:bows: :bows: :bows:
