Ever sine my run @ the track when one of my s/cer tubes came off (maybe just a coincident??) i seem to have a knocking in my brake pedal. When brake is applied hard or soft you can knocking in your foot .sometimes it feels like metal to metal but it's not i have pahlenty of pad left.never had it before the tube came off. i looked around to find nothing visibly wrong.but maybe i'm not looking in the right places , i dunno..Any suggestion??

I could be a warped rotor. IMO

You said "knocking"...maybe loose caliper bolts...loose lug nuts ??? I recommend you pull your wheels and take a very close look at your calipers and rotors.
