I just ordered 2 of these bad boys, one for my marauder, one for my jetta (i striped the original one out so i needed a good solid fix so it doesnt happen again)
My friend has this system on his mercedes and loves it. No mess and easy to install. I'll keep you all posted on how it works once it arrives!!!

A very common sense approach, I'm sure my oil changing dudes at my Dealership would approve. Thanks!

Thanks,

They have them for every make and model. But i believe the valve is a common size. ome have an extension, and some have a nipple to attach a hose to it for remote draining. I went with the nippleless design.

Frank, that's sounds like a great product. Can't wait to
hear what you think of it.
Thanks for the heads-up.

I am looking at this product and the Fram Sure Drain product for installation on my MM and my wife's H***a.
Any follow-ups or impressions from actual usage?

I had the Fram (with the little orange hose) on a V6 Ranger, and always had a leak. Only a drop or two, but enough to mess up the carport floor, and become a nuisance. It did not leak where it screwed into the pan, but around the little brass cap (where you put the hose).
My son has one (Fram) and says his has never leaked a drop. I like the idea, but don't want to try another Fram. If the reports are good on the Fumuto, I will probably get one for the Marauder..

Please note that they do NOT recommend use of the nipple design on cars with low ground clearance, as some of us have with cut springs, coil overs or Eibachs.

FrankWould be nice if you could permantly attach a hose so you would not have to jack the car and crawl under--I have that set-up on my boat and it sure is easier--

The nipple would not stick out past the bottom of the pan since the plug is horizontal mostly.

Actually you can and I bought the clear hose at Lowe's for the purpose. But it's so easy with just flipping the valve that I gave up on the hose.
