Ashtray?

Did everyone except me get an ashtray when they bought their MM?
I know, I know, smoking is frowned upon in today's society but that's
the way some of us are. If you got one and are not a smoker would you
want to part with it?

I use mine as a coin holder. I'm shopping for a new Yukon XL and they don't have ashtrays built in either. I don't smoke, but I do collect change and the ashtray is a must for spare change.:)

Same here .... I decided not to smoke in the car. After a year, I hardly even notice it anymore 'cause I am enjoying the ride so much. :D Ashtray has become a coin holder ... but all the tolls take folding money. :rofl:

Well, yeah! My point exactly! I'm just wondering where it's supposed to go? Since mine was on the dealer's lot from Dec. until I got it in Aug., it's a good bet there's all sorts of great stuff missing. Of course, learning stuff this way is like teaching a pig to sing: it annoys the pig, and frustrates you. I mean, how do I know there's no ash tray, when I don't even know where to look for the stupid thing? :o

The ashtray is just a little cup with a hinged lid that sets in one of the cup holders in the center console. I would guess that it is a pretty universal FOMOCO cup/ashtray (obviously designed by a non-smoker). Maybe your dealer will spring for one if you tell them yours was missing at delivery. :D

The ashtray cup fits in the smaller hole (closest to the driver, I think). I didn't get a cargo net either; but my trunk organizer was already in mine when I bought it. Valet clip??? I got the grey valet key but don't know about the clip ----- in the overhead. :confused:

Oh! THAT! Darn, ...Barb told me it was the bungee jumping option. :D Y'see, you put those "S" hooks in your belt loops and hook the other "S" hooks to the bridge railing then ... :woohoo:
