:sleepy: I put the MM in storage for the winter, but first had one last glorious ride on I-80 from Snow Shoe to Clarion & back. Here's where that car is at it's best, and absolutely brilliant.

I repeat my argument that Lincoln/Mercury made another Turnpike Cruiser without intent. Had the Marauder been marketed as a resurrected Turnpike Cruiser instead of a drag racer, it may have had a better ending. ( for Mercury division, at least)

With this in mind, I came up with a vanity plate that seems cool. TPKRUZR (only 7 letters for PA) Watcha think? ;)

Way cool!!!!!!!!!! And I agree, maybe they should have marketed it that way, or put the 5.4 engine in and then market as a Drag racer.

I have always felt that even the original Marauders were more of a cruiser!
