Finally !! I got around last weekend to put some of my goodies on.

Here is my old sig.

To go on:

- Eibach Springs
- Front and rear KVR with SS lines
- PHP intake spacer
- PHP upper & lower rear control arms
- Metco C/F intake tube
- Infinity speakers

Below is my new one.

Everything went on alright.
- Rusty brake rotors are a pain in the a$$ to change!
- Got some notes for the front speaker upgrade. Remove the door handle from door skin when re-installing. Makes it a lot easier to re-install.
- Love the feel of the new brakes and SS lines, but I'll need to make a bracket to secure the front lines. (This was a KVR kit, not the one mentioned in Slowpokes thread).
- PHP (or any other for that matter) upper and lower control arms make the car feel and handle more stabile at launch and cornering.
- Metco C/F intake tube looks great and seems to increase (SOP) launch. Took a while to get it mounted. Had to loosen up the whole airbox to get it in.

I'll have detailed info in separate (new) threads with pic's.

I reckon you're talking about the rear rotors. What a pain. Did you use any anti-sieze when you put the new ones on?

What's up with your lines? The brackets held mine in perfect position. They do have a clear plastic outer cover so they won't really hurt anything if they rub the frame a little. My rears do rub a little but no biggie.

I didn'y get any brackets for the front. Should I have receveid some with the KVR kit? The rear worked fine.

What's the clear plastic cover? Is that on the lines?

Anti-seize!! Yeah that would have been a good idea :stupid: :banghead:

Here's a pic of my fronts. The first one you can't see the bracket very well because of the light, the second one you can barely see the corner of the bracket. All 4 lines should have had brackets attached to them which connect to the frame at the same places the OEM lines did.

My lines are smooth on the outside instead of having the rough metal exposed. This is because of a clear plastic or rubber sleeve on the outside of the lines.

Fordnut:

Thanks for the pics and clarification. My front lines did not have brackets attached. The rears worked fine. I guess, I'll have to fabricate my own for the front.

Thanks,
Peter
