Are either one of these positions switched? I want to add an accessory (FM Modulator & Sirius radio) but only to a switched 12V source. Thanks.

Eric HutchGrab a test light or a multimeter and see if the the wire coming from these fuses are constantly powered.

You really should have a test light or a multi-meter at your disposal......
But, to answer your question, #5 and #20 are always HOT.
#11 is a good spot for an accessory lead, but you need a mini fuse tap.
The meter/test light will help you determine which side of the fuse is the load and which isn't. You will always want to tap on the side hot (before) the fuse, as the new accessory will draw current through the fuse as well as what device is already connected to it. With this in mind, the new accessory added is no longer protected, therefore you will need to add an inline fuse for that new accessory.
Good-luck...happy connecting.:D

Thanks for the replies. I posted the question because I do not have a volt meter handy at this time and I wanted to get the parts I need. My brother has my meter and I can't get it until tomorrow. Thanks for the replies.
