Hey Kramer, I used Strongest fishing line I could find,

read it here
works great no marks just use the fishline as a knife

You can also use a credit card or a plastic squeegee.

Did you have the badge holes filled and trunk painted?

Yep, they had to paint the spoiler anyway so I had them fill the holes with metal and then paint from behind the spoiler down. Even the pain guys said they liked it much better than they thought they would.

Steven,

I can't tell specifically from the pic...but it looks like you also had them "build-out" the indented area of the spoiler which is reserved for going over the badge? If so, I commend you, as several folks that I know who have wanted to go "badgeless" with a spoiler have mentioned this detailed step.

Thanks for the credit, but I wasn't that smart the first time. The day before I went to Woodward Dream cruise the garage door hit it and I asked another shop to do it that way, they couldn't get the spoiler off and were afraid to try too hard. It was a freind's shop who ened up charging me twice as much to touch it up than it did to buy it and paint it in the first place - last time I have him do anything.

For those of you thinking of adding the spoiler I took the badge off at the same time. Looks sweet, good job. Do you want to get rid of the badge? I'd be interested in getting it. Thanks!

Hey Stevengerard,

Must I remind you that, He, (your friend)also did a superb job on a moments notice! And You and I were "off to the Dreamwood Cruise" in two shiney Back '04 Marauders!
P. S. Remember that lady who wouldn't let me in behind you?? I still get a kick out of that!!
And since I hate part of a story I'll share:I met Steven Garard at his home to follow him to the Dreamwood cruise .In heavy bumper to bumper traffic I tried to maintain a short distance directly behind him leaving Chicago.I was in the right lane and Steven was in the lane to my left, creeping along I put my signal on to move left behind him .The lady that was behind Steven did'nt approve even after I pleaded with polite (seriously) hand jestures, my intentions.Steven, watching me desperatly persuading the women he was in front of, completly stopped alowing me to pull in the left lane in front of him.If you could have seen the look on this womens face when we tag teamed her .....It Was Priceless!!
