I am finishing up on the ProCharger kit and bought the dual gauge pod from Jegs.

My problem is that it is black and my other A pillar is Flint in color

I know someone on this site can tell me where to get the spray and possibly what part number.

Thanks in advance!

Check with Ray "the Dealer" He should be able to hook you up with the interior paint that you need.

Here is the info on the paint for the pods from a post a while back. I posted some pictures of the painted pillar if you want to check out the color match.

I used the Ford Automotive Interior Spray Lacquer in a 13 ounce can directly from the ford parts department from the interior code on the sticker. It is part number:
M4JZ-19M547-4149-H CHARCOAL BLACK INTERIOR LACQUER PAINT.
I believe some others on here have used it as well. I used it on my angle ring for the third gage in the center gauge pod, as well as on the mounted duel Gauge Pillar Pod. I painted the pillar and pod together after they were put together, resulted in a really factory look on the whole setup.

The Light Flint interior paint must be special ordered and does not appear in the Ford Dealer parts computer unless they call special to a Central Ford Parts information center. Even then they may not know the number.

The correct paint is M4JZ-19M547-2003H.

I just finished my own A-pillar gauge mod for trans and oil temperature. It came out very nice. The pod will require 3-4 coats of thin paint applied over several days to get it right. Leave enough wire so you can pull the gauges out of the pod if needed. Position the pod 1/8" above the dash to the bottom of the bottom gauge or it will be too high. I installed a small off/on switch to control the gauge lights. At night, I sometimes prefer to turn the lights off. They are a sure sign to LEO or even ricers that you are driving something very different.

Good luck.

That's a great idea. I'll have to see how to do that on mine.
