300C Hemi Ha HA HA

Was driving to my insurance co today when exiting the highway i see a 300c (Hemi)at the end.i get right behind him he hopes to the middle lane i get in the left and pull beside him .he rolls his window down and says to me "NOT ON YOUR BEST DAY"!! So i ask him what do you think that is a hemi? and he says it again .ok so i let my car growl and his gave a little snicker He knew he was beat before we raced .he pulls up and asked is that stock what do you have in there and before i could say what , my son hollers "12 2X4's , a ladder , guitar , an amp and a surf board" . Well we started laughing in the guys face and he put up his window and turned at the light with a little honk of the horn ..Any more 300C's need a lesson???

I love it - maybe word will spread among the MOPAR crowd. They think we are all in the 15s and they are all in the 13s stock. They ignore the real world experience and go strictly by the mags.

I love proving them wrong more than trashing ricers. Is that wrong?

Well, I am pretty happy with my "pathetic" little bone stock Marauder. It certainly outshines 90% of the rolling stock that I encounter on the highways. :D ...... increased to 95% when I added the SS Inserts and the MM.Net sticker. :rofl:

And, Cruztaker might dispute your statement above since he is posting numbers better than some S/Cs with his N/A.

Pathetic? You realize this is a 4200 pound car, right? What the hell were you expecting? Zero to 60 in 4 seconds?

My car is only lightly modded (no horsepower adders) and I've beat plenty of things with blowers on them, V8s bigger than mine, and cars that weigh significantly less. I don't count that as too pathetic.
