Weird speaker problem

I've got an '03 300B with a strange problem with the driver's door speaker. When I park it outside overnight and there is condensation, or it rains, the speaker stops working. Then when I park it in the garage or when I have driven for awhile it comes back on.

There is nothing rattling -- it seems to be purely related to condensation and rain.

I have not begun pulling door panels and wires yet. Before I do, I was wondering if anyone else has run into a problem like this on their MM or another vehicle, and what they had to do to fix it. Thanks.

I wouldnt replace anything yet. I'd take it apart, clean the connections and try it again. However, there may already be a fix for the out there.
