My MM had the Valve body replaced 3 months ago, and it has been in the shop for the last 3 weeks getting the tranny replaced.
While they were changing it out, they dropped the tranny hoist on it.
So I picked it up and almost cried when I saw the damage. But its cool, I know they will fix it.
On the way to work, it starts doing it again. I turn around fuming now. Still not fixed and its damaged....I was HOTTT.
So they go for a drive and feel the shutter. Its when your coasting along like your in traffic, i would say about 20mph between 1000-1500rpm.
So they take it back and they drain the gas tank and replace the fuel filter.
Guess what a day later it still has the shutter.
last night I stripped out the car, phone kit, navigation and stereo are now on my bedroom floor. i am done with it. I called Ford customer service and sent out my letter to dispute board.
I either want them to find me a new Black MM from somewhere, or I want to be bought out of the car.
But what could that shutter be?
I love my car, but its getting old dealing with it. Its been in the shop for a total of 46 days and thats not including the probable 2 weeks to repair the damage done by the dealer. :mad:
