If you are looking for some decent pics of the Marauder for situations like when your friends say, what does it look like, you can point them here:

http://www.familycar.com/RoadTests/MercuryMarauder/Photos.htm

This appears to be a 300A, as it has the clock, the fuel release, etc. then again, it could be Mrs. Marauder's 300B.

Hope this helps....

Speaking of those, who had the black Marauder at Charlotte and had the original cardboard slip on exhaust tip covers? As a matter of fact, that car had every protective cover still. Amazing stuff.

'Sup Joe! Hey check it out, if you look at that one pic of a boatload of new Marauders in the loading lot at the St. Thomas plant, you can see those cardboard slip-ons on all the cars. I never noticed it until seeing them on frdwrnch's car, and then happened to see the pic again a couple weeks ago. Crazy, huh?

His car was nice, with all that stuff it looked like it hadn't even been unwrapped yet, like a bad-ass Christmas present

JOEMERC ... how did you get them
Russell was the service manager of the dealership from which he took delivery of his Marauder. He saved -ALL- of the protective shipping coverings. Including the steering wheel, radio face, etc., etc., etc..
