they posted this in the ad:

Factory Warranty coverage remaining. Contact seller for details.

It would seem they are now bound to honor any warranty claims?

BTW- :welcome: RAYJON! I assume you've been lurking for a while?

One would have to figure if you got the factory warranty in writing as valid from THAT dealer, THAT dealer would have to honor their contract....no?

The Marauder that Mercury should have built! We here at David Mcdavid Lincoln-Mercury are offering an incredible vehicle for sale, a brand new 2004 Mercury Marauder with a monster 460 horsepower supercharged engine! No complaints about power here! This baby will absolutely fly! So, we have hooked up with the engine experts at Trilogy Motorsports (www.trilogymotorsports.com) and given this Marauder some real muscle! The kit was installed by a factory trained technician right here at our dealership, and the installation is so easy, and looks so right, it makes you wonder why Mercury didn't do this in the first place! This Vehicle is Covered by the Original Factory Warranty. Contact us for more information on remaining warranty coverage.

That is just the starting bid. It does not say what the reserve price is.

When we first talked about this car I think that it had a BIN price of $42,000 or so. Can't fully remember.

edit: here is the thread from when it was first posted

The Warrenty is good till Ford says it's not. Witch would be about half a secound after a factory rep popped the hood.

I called Ford and the Dealer just for kicks (investigative minds want to know). And Ford says the dealer can do whatever he wants and basically the dealer says if your engine blows tough the warranty won't cover it..... Thats what I want a $40,000 car with no warranty......

How about a 'Bumper to Bumper' Warranty.....
When you drive away, as soon as they can't see your bumper... the warranty is over!

That Marauder has been in Ebay for over 6 months.
I remember the very first time it was listed, and someone posted it here.
