Hello, am looking for any input from anyone from the Tri-State area ( NJ, CT, NY) that might know of a shop where I can go and have work done on my MM. Looking to have gears installed and have the brakes upgraded. Locations in Jersey would be nice! Appreciate any help from the board. Take care.

Pride:
I traded some e-mails with onebadmk8 and he is jersey. I believe he does work and he is in jersey. I am waiting to here back from him. Also, I found a mustang shop in Long Island that I believe will do the work. Or, we can all rent atrailer and take our cars to Dennis or Kenny at the same time......

Yeah I went to a couple of shops today and they just dont want to do the work if it is not genuine Ford parts. Understandable but damn, someone in this area has to be invovled in this stuff. Keep me posted if you get any info for this area.

OK. I am up against the same wall. It seems that the way to go is to find a speed shop. I can handle the chip, the 'stat, and the plugs myself, and perhaps the drive shaft, but the gears are a different story. Let's keep each other posted.
By the way, if I find someone for you, the next time I come blasting through Jersey, I hope I can just smile and wave.....
