Were these sold only in Canada? I saw a thread on here once that indicated that. I thought they were available in U.S. also. If not, why?

Nope. Got mine in the US. Originally in PA; but shipped to a dealer in VA.

Saw a Silver one for the first time yesterday, at a bank. As the guy got out I said "Nice car!" He says "Thanks. Heeeey! I didn't know they made Blue ones!" And some dork was honking for me to move the whole time, so I rolled on.
