Polished Tips Tip (say that 5 times fast).

Found a great product for polishing our Megs exhausts tips. Its called LUSTER LACE POLISHING STRIPS (http://www.lusterlace.com/). Apparently its a motorcycle thing 'cause I read about it on a Harley site. They are polish-impregnated strips of cloth that you wrap around tubular metal and pull back and forth. I just did my tips using the wide strips and they have never looked better. Shiny and reflective like a mirror. Even better than when they were brand new in the box (Hi Wes!). Took me about 10 minutes to do both tips and that included a wash/dry first. Highly recommended.

I found the whole line cheaper than retail here:

Hmm. Sounds like I'll need a cigarette after this...

Thanks for the "tip"...

They are the same. Wes sells the same tips as our OEM with or without resonators. Megs *is* the original manufacturer of the OEMs.

BruteForce, thanks very much. I once saw those in a catalog of car care items, but I haven't been able to find them again since then.
