Hey, I am trying to post a picture by using the "Insert Image" button and choosing a picture from my gallery and this is what I get:

http://www.mercurygallery.net/mmnet/showphoto.php/photo/6620/sort/1/cat/500/page/1

How do I get the picture to show up? I have the "" and "" surrounding the address/URL for the picture in the MM.net gallery. What am I doing wrong?

Bring the picture in the gallery up.

Right click on it. Go to Properties.

Highlight the "location"....and COPY

PASTE the location in between the tags.

I'm guessing you were copy/pasting the URL from your web browser in there. That won't work as you found out.

Try what I posted...you'll see it.

Hehehe...Of course, those pics will load slower than any Marauder...

Yeah, yeah, yeah... ;)

That car did run high-13's on all motor, bolt-ons only at 5800 ft. above sea level and still got 29mpg on the highway!!!

Yours was a '93, was it not? If so that sounds pretty much what they could do at sea level bone stock, with the '94+ being a little slower. That color was also a unique-for-93 color, was it not? (tough to see from the shine)

edit: wait, maybe not unique for '93? I thought I knew someone with a '94 ragtop in a similar color... ragtops only showed up in '94, right?

Purple Pearl Metallic was only offered in '93 and '94 and less than 4000 total, if I remember right. I think it was less than 1000 Z28's with that setup and the fact that mine was a '93 Z28 with the 6-speed made it even rarer. I think it came out to somewhere less than 400 with that.

Yes, I think the ragtops did not come back out until '94 and the T-Tops started in late '93 (very few got T-Tops the first year).

The car ran 15.1 or so bone stock at Bandimere in Denver, CO when I got it and high-13's with cold air intake, bigger throttle body, headers, Borla cat-back, AS&M chip and that was about it (except for suspension stuff).

FYI - when you're in the Gallery, showing a picture with all the info below (Poster, Views, Date, Filesize,) the UBBCode shows you the image URL for the picture itself. Just highlight, copy and paste. Make sure you don't have two [IMG] brackets on either end.

Ahh, I see that down there. So just cut and paste the UBBCode, which already has the [IMG] and good to go. Thanks for the hint. And thanks all for the help

And you got rid of it for what valid reason, then?

Got rid of it because I was young, paying about $400/month in car payment about about $300/month in insurance. Not much for other bills, but more than I needed at the time. Could have kept it if I was better with my money at the time. Something I was never that good at until I met my wife. Now we have a nice house over our heads, 2 decent vehicles, a good daughter and another one on the way, and 2 great dogs, but I just started back over in the IT field and need to work may way back up. So, there is a future and I will have a MM!!!!

Then again, I think the longest I have ever owned 1 vehicle is about 3 years. That won't be the case once I get a Marauder.
