So I have the flu for two days, even had to be taken to the hospital to be pumped with saleine (sp?) and treated for dehydration, fun stuff. I felt miserable the first day, the second day I felt a little better, not so much though.
Although I found myself pacing the kitchen just to pass by the window outside that overlooks my car, shortly after that I found myself putting on street clothes despite my stomach and chest pains to go outside at -1 (F) to warm the car up. My justification was "I can't cruise around, I'm sick...but I think I need to go to the food store to find a healthy lunch..."
I let the car idle for about 10-15 minutes outside and I step out and get in the car. Seats are still freezing, we all know the seat heater doesn't do much good if there isn't a passenger holding it in on top. As I pull away I'm feeling the frozen flat spots on the tires plopping around, making noise and shaking the car, so I keep it slow. More like 15-20MPH on a 40MPH street (No one was behind me the whole time)
I get to the grocery store, look around for roughly 40 seconds, then without purchasing anything I could be seen heading outside and getting back into my car.
Longer story short: Chest pains, stomachs aches, and 1/4 tank later I pull back into the driveway.
Merry Christmas to all! Happy Holidays!

 You might want to think about putting some air in them.
Also stay off the computer, you don't want to spread those germs! :P
